About Me

My love for everything health and wellness related came from an interest in sports in my younger years. I grew up playing football and trying different sports, moving my body always felt like a great outlet for my energy and emotions. In 2015 I completed a Personal Training course, having spent a year being the client and learning a lot about strength training and body building. Personal training became my career for 6 years until 2021 when I completed a Sports massage course. I then pivoted my work into massage, working mobile to make massage convenient and accessible to my clients. Since then I have further completed other courses including Thai yoga massage. My interest in the human body drives me to keep learning and expanding my knowledge which helps me give better treatments to all my clients.

My approach to massage therapy is rooted in a holistic understanding of the body and how your lifestyle can have an impact in how you feel. I believe in the power of touch and movement to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Each session is a collaborative process, where we work together to address your areas of discomfort and develop a treatment plan that aligns with your wellness goals. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for you to relax, heal, and restore balance.
